I wanted to ask if IO integrates with Call Tracking Metrics. We currently use JiveTel for our phone system, so if there are specific requirements or compatibility considerations with this setup, please let me know.

If this integration is supported, could you provide details on how to set it up or any relevant documentation?

IO does not really offer those kind of metrics. You'd have to use GA4 for that. If you switch to IO phone, you might get better metrics but still not what you'd probably like to see where GA4 can.
