When my customers tried to use code "LABOR10" on the quote, it did not give them a discount.

I have tested this on the backend and on the checkout page and it seems to be working! Take a look at lead #34673980 as an example!

It works when I do it too. Not sure if it’s an error on the customer side or what. They enter it right but sometimes it applies, sometimes it doesn’t. Thanks

I tested it on the customer side as well and it was working! If you have a customer who has this issue let me know the lead number and I will take a look for you!
