Why does the system show Latrice Dixon and Koya Speights multiple times for the same exact tag? Now we would have to filter this list for duplicates.

Same thing for Sandra Alintah...please advise.

We’re searching “planner” under the TAGS. Some event planner’s have double entries for the same tag…

Why is this happening?

We’re trying to get a list of all our event planners that we’ve worked with throughout the year. We have been using the “event planner” tag 🏷.

It's because you have multiple listings under the customer profiles for this person. You may want to go to the customer profiles and "clean up" the profiles and/or merge them
