Sending quote confirm in french or english from admin

Hello
I have 2 quote confirm per location. One in french and one in english. So when customer is on the web, he recieves the quote in is language.
But, can i chose which quote confirm to send from the admin ? Right now, from the admin, the english version is there. If it is not possible to choose, can you pleasebchange it so the French quote confirm is sent ?
