Venue address not the one showing on the delivery map

You can reference lead #11210595, but this isn't the first time I've seen this. When the customer address differs from the 'venue' or delivery address it seems the map always shows the customer address location. Also, when building the delivery route it will use the travel time between the customer address and the next stop. It shows the correct delivery address on the slips but the map and travel time causes confusion and has cost us route efficiency on more than one occasion.
