Figured out what I need. Is there a way to get a template variable for the DELIVERY and RETURN window? Not setup and teardown.

Yes we do have a variable for this now (see screenshot attached)

What I'm looking for is the Actual date/time window for the delivery (yellow bar on a lead) and return (Orange bar on a lead). Separate from the setup time/duration.

I think this may have been related to manipulation of the lead and route at the same time, causing data to get saved over. As we bring in the new planner, we should have better ways to prevent this. If it continues to be a problem, I suggest doing some training with our support team to make sure you are doing it as expected.

Thanks. I thought you fixed it because after the last video I went to show my logistics manager what he needed to do and why and I couldn't replicate. It's probably him having too many tabs open for the same thing.
