Year End Sales Report on Overview

Can you please explain to me why the totals do not match on Sales Overview between YTD Sales by month and Sales by Month.
I cannot match IO with QB with regard to Sales/revenue. Not sure how to explain to my accountant. Thanks.

YTD means "Year to Date." As in: as of December 6th, in the year you are looking at, what did we have on the books for sales of the whole month.
