My accountant says that fixing the IO / Quickbooks integration for refunds would be really helpful if IO could import refunds. It will reduce their workload on trying to figure out these types of transactions.
Does not import refunds or negative payments from IO into QB (however this might be a future enhancement)

Refunds are a lot more difficult for us to do but it's on our list.
