If I'm wanting to do a promotional thing on my website for a certain time and all what's the best way to do it and advertise for it ? Maybe like 10% off orders on inflatables or tents. Something like that.

You can make a pop up in elementor (tons of videos online how). Link the button to a form (never give away money without getting something in return). After the form, send them to a landing page with the coupon code.
