School wants to pay deposit with check

I have a new school we’re working with and they want to do everything by check. Their PTO program is old school and don’t use cards, checks only. They paid $100 deposit today with a check, but how do I reflect that they paid on their invoice, since they want an updated invoice showing the deposit was accepted? I don’t see anywhere that I can edit that on their lead. Thanks!

go into the lead scroll down to payments and you could add how much was paid (see attached) then you can send them the updated invoice.
