I am trying to make it where 8pm is the latest a unit can be rented. I went to settings then hours and changed my times but it still keeps letting me book until 9pm.
Also what is the best way to fix overnight bookings? I have it set up to charge differently after 24 hours. but some people will select 10am till next day at 9am. Id like to charge an overnight fee for that. or not allow overnight unless they select multi day and get multi day pricing. If we set up conditional pricing and it charges overnight fee but they do multi day would it charge for 2 days plus still overnight fee?

You can make the WordPress cart not allow selecting after 8pm in WordPress plugging settings.
To set overnight prices you want to set it something like:
$100 until 8 hrs then charge$160 until 24hours then charge 200 every day after.
Then when you set your overnight settings on WordPress they won't be able to select anything but 8p and overnight.
