Website Pricing Does Not Show Correctly

I have my website set to only show 3 hour and 10 hour pricing, however the prices it shows on the website are higher than the pricing we set within our IO inventory system. How do I fix this?

This is for all items. Seems to be isolated to mobile view, as desktop correctly shows only 3 hour and 10 hour rates. However the issue with the slides and combos category products is on both desktop and mobile. I'll attach screenshots of mobile view, and how I have pricing display set up.

Hi Derrick. The problem was stemming from some optimization settings in Autoptimize. I've adjusted the settings and the extra prices do not seem to be appearing anymore. No more 4 hours, per day, or per additional day prices showing up on mobile or desktop.
