booking this event not allowing payment

Hi!


We are having issues with out quotes page. Usually if a person tries to pay and its an "off day" for us or the day or two before, all I need to do is move a lead to confirmed and the customer can make payment. It is not allowing this anymore. It just says the request has been made. not sure how to fix this other than changing our settings every time we are able to book during off days.

That looks like you sent the quote instead of the contract.

It's fixed. I snipped that for the error I was receiving. It was the same on the patment page. I sent the quote bc they needed to finish booking the event. I never had this issue before and I've been doing this process for a year. Seems ok now... for now.

If a customer cannot autobook it will send you an alert email (also shows in the lead log) on why they weren't able to. This is what it says for this lead:

  • Business Hours Set to Closed: Go to Settings->Online Quoting->Business Hours.
