Still is still the same IO Phone is only supported for US and Canada at this time.

I use google voice / IO . What he does is call out from IO using the google voice line as the phone call line then it connects, you answer and off it goes to the client. I also use Event Hawk/ High Level and my VA can call from there using that phone number. I believe those are twilio numbers. Easier to use GV and IO and then you also get double tracking. However a combination of those methods has been effective for me!
