Can IO connect with any GPS suppliers?

Im looking at changing our GPS vehicle tracking and the new one can send an email when a vehicle is within a preset distance of an address. to do this we would need to enter each order manually which is probably not worth the time but would be real call for customers to get an update of the pending arrival.

It's probably most possible with API calls, depending on the GPS Suppliers needs. Otherwise, I don't think so.
