It connected the wrong outlook email to my profile and wont allow me to connect the one i want. Also how do i log into it when i always used google to log in and not an actual password.

If you need to re-login to your email preferences in IO go to Settings-->Email Preferences and revoke outlook then re-grant with the correct email. If you do not know your password to login to IO you would need to use the forgot password link on the login screen.
