When you saved this...did you set it to "in progress" or "new"?

Yes I have tried both settings. Which one do you recommend?

I would set them to New...and it looks like the reminders should be showing on harry@throneranger.com They aren't there? (any workers w/ tasks assigned you would have to share the IO calendar with them)

I think I figured out what was going on these leads had event dates that were in the past. They are general leads with no events tied to them but I entered an event date to set them up when I was new to the system.

Can I set them up as customers (eg no event) and the CRM information will copy over and then delete the event?

You can add it when you are on a customer profile and it will enter the customer's info....also there is a drop down to link it to customer, lead or organization
