Does IO support a rain check. we issue rain checks if
- Rain-checks are issued if Inflatable Event Professionals cannot set up because of rain, snow, high winds or muddy conditions. Rain checks will be kept on file and are good for up to 1 year from your cancellation date and will be applied towards a future reservation.
- Cancellations are accepted if it is received 10 days prior to the scheduled event. Your deposit can go toward a future rental date by issuing a rain check.
The rain checks are stored as a credit on the customers account.

Nio rain checks are stored on the lead so you change it to the rain check status and then when they want to rent again you'd have to pull that lead up. Alternatively, you can issue a gift card and the number on their customer notes and then use that as well
