Is there a way to add automatically an inventory piece to certain customer types and surface types? I a wanting to add automatically a generator to park orders

There is not a way to currently do this, you would need add it manually.

IF you have an optional field or some way the customer is telling you it's a park, you could create an automation based on that field to email you or whoever it applies to to add the generator just to make sure you don't miss it.
