Error: Save packing list row being edited Error

We are getting the following error whenever we are editing the packing list for our slides.
We have tried refreshed the page a few times and have tried different products as well as this error is popping up whenever we have different items identified for the packlist based on the ground (grass, dirt, concert, etc.)

If you have multiple windows open or editing mutiple surfaces on the packing list at the same time this can occur. Currently the only thing you can do is leave the page the start over.
