We've watched this I.O. Tutorial Video but still had questions on how to display the pricing on the site correctly as well as set up the conditional pricing to match it.
We would like to have a 3 Tiered Price Structure as the default.

Overnight (pick up next day at 9AM)
Weekend (Delivery by 3PM-Friday and Pick up after 3PM-Sunday)
Can I schedule a Zoom Call with a Rep. to implement this?

Conditional pricing won't show on the site as you have shown in the image.
However, if you set your price structure appropriately you can use custom price points to display very similarly.

Chad is correct...you will have edit your pricing to get it to show that way on the site. Here's an article for conditional pricing:
