Adding Inventory for wareksoue only

Is there a way the warehouse can add items to an invoice that only we can see and not the customer.
An example would be tools/handling equipment or sending additional of an item as backup. Or some venues might require we bring protection of some sort.

If you select the Advanced setting for the item(s) in question then you can use the checkmark boxes and decide how you would like the items to show.

That difunctional setting I'm aware of, I'm referring to items that can sometimes be on an order and sometimes not, like a driver decided to grab extra extension cords, or a generator because they might not have power for tools, and these are items that we also sometimes rent and charge for.

Would they have access to the lead to add? This would really be the only way. Set them up as items that show on the lead/packing list and allow them to add directly to the lead...there wouldn't be a way for them to add directly to a packing list only
