How do I fix this - Sunday Won't Schedule Past 4pm?

Help please! I've tried changing settings everywhere I can think of and I can't fix this. Currently if someone picks a Sunday event time ending past 4pm it says unavailable. I've tried everything.

Our units need to be available until 6pm.

This seems to be working now, I was able to submit a quote and click the book now and was taken to the contract to sign. You may have made some adjustments to settings before we got to testing but I've confirmed this is working and in Settings-->Online Quoting for Sunday you have the end event time set to 6pm.
