Whenever I do anything with a Lead in the IO iOS app I end up with this error when I go to save my changes.

This is happening on all my devices (2 iPhones and an iPad). It doesn't happen on those devices if I use the website instead of the IO app.

Any advice on how to get it to work across the board?

We would recommend not using the IO app and logging into site via browser as that IO app isn't being further developed. You could possibly be missing a field as well but we would need a video example showing exactly what you are doing.

I was unaware that the app was no longer supported. I'll delete it and use the browser. Is the Workers app still supported?

Yes the workers app is what is replacing the original IO app, and will continue to be improved as it's further developed.
