Those are 2 different things. Force syncing the website only pushes updates to WordPress. The app has to do with leads and I'd pretty instantaneous except for the Io phone log seems a bit laggy.

Im trying to update my website homepage that is not on my IO dashboard, not the app. Like, go to someone else’s computer and look up your website. That website link is not updating from force syncing Wordpress. Now go to someone else’s phone and do the same thing.

You probably need to clear cache and give it a little time. I write in all the time that something isn't working and then when they respond it sure enough is.
