Our lead update time has been set to 30 min and working fine.

All of a sudden, it's stopped working and we received multiple leads within the same period of time?

For the example you provided, it appears the original create time was 8:29am and the new one was 8:58am. That is a difference of 29 minutes. You have it set to create new leads once 30 minutes is reached. This was likely 30 minutes per our logic in the code. We aren't using 8:29am, we are using it with seconds. It takes time for the routine to run. I would guess it was over 30 minutes by the time it checked. If you have an example with a greater difference, please send it.

10292719 had some different info for the contact, so it would cause a new one to be created. However the other two should have been one. I found a spot in the code that could have been the cause, and I fixed it. Thanks!
