Hello

We want to begin to use the customer survey and so, i will need to translate the questions.

Can you please see that i can translate the one that can't be edit or you want me to give you the translation ?

I already received 2 surveys back

But it seams one customer recieved it in English

Our records indicate that this survey went out in French. We have tested it multiple times and we receive in French and only see English if we translate it on our browser. Possibly your customer translated it in error?

BUT, here is something else. I have a customer with multiple leads. The automation sends the survey when leads is terminated in the last 5 days. But when the customer answered, it linked it with a lead from 2022, not the one that terminated Oct 20th 2023

There was no automation sent on lead # 12190685...if you look at the log this was the one we were testing on

Also, i did a test with lead #20294156 where i completed the survey and wrote a reveiw

but the review i wrote does not go into the Reveiws section.

Can you look at that ?

Just did a test review and it now shows under the reviews settings

So you are aware...if you make any changes to the surveys this will have to be fixed again

Under Settings-->Reviews? No, the stars don't show there. They will show on website?
