all day yesterday afternoon I could not log into my workers account through dozens of attempts to view the route while out on the route. I tried different browsers and restarted my phone multiple times. It said no internet but every other site worked fine.

yes, it started working that night when I got back to wifi. it did not work that whole day on the route. I had full internet and every other site worked except IO

Unfortunately we are unable to go back and see what was occurring at the time. But if this continues to be a problem or an issue for you, please let us know. If you have any screenshot examples of the issue, that would helpful as well.
