When using the CRM and a customer sends an email with an attached file or a graphic in the email and I need to look at the CRM log how do I make it so I can view the image that was included in their email and or find the attachment that they have put with the email

Can you please provide an example where an attachment was sent so we can take a look?

i sent it to her and she updated the picture adn sent back but none of the images so either form me or from her

thanks....

it is like that with all attaachements from customers in the crm

what we do is download the attahcment on our device then upload them as attachements in the lead but it should somehow have them in crm
