Under Consideration

In the Alerts Center, there is an alert called Documents Printed. Does that do anything?

It alerts you when documents have been printed for leads.

It doesn't do that. I've had it turned on for years - no alerts. It doesn't matter though if that's all it does. It would be nice if it sent an alert when the lead is modified after the packing list has been printed.

I don't know if anyone will see this on a 2 year old post marked "completed", but here goes:

This alert just suddenly started working...sort of. It triggered on leads 50956449 and 52173617 (one of which is a completed lead, so the alert is not needed).

So, why? What triggers it? I have always wanted this alert to work, and it now seems like it is possible for it to work.
