How can I edit the tag line at the bottom of the IO word press site that says "professional delivery to...."

I do not see an edit option under elementor

Click inflatable office plugin-setup

scroll down and it is in the box for the City Landy Page Text

to change the io_city_list, go to Settings-->WordPress

Is there a place that I can edit the lines "Category for rent" and "Rental Item for Rent" ???

for example

Combo for Rent" and "Large Combo Princess for Rent"

this is on the category page and item pages

This can be a bit tricky to edit. It's found in the shortcode io_categoyr_cart in the IO plugin. I'll attach a screenshot where it is found in that shortcode. If you would like, we can do this for you if you let us know what it should say.
