The training programs I designed are not appearing on the workers site. Also, when they compelte a training it does not show up as complete.

You had them saved under "surveys" not under training. You can switch by going to each one under the the surveys & training and click on them and switching the drop down to training and saving. I've switched all named "Management Certification" and you will now see them to assign under worker profiles.
