Filter for an automation to receive the survey manager when completed

I am trying to build an automation to receive the survey manager when completed. I know there is an IO alert for it but i want to include more information in the email received.
So, i have my email built and the automation but i am having trouble with the filter.
Can you help please ?

You had the location for the automation set up for Quebec and not Montreal. I adjusted this and you should have received the email now.
