email automation ''sent from''

Hello

I built an automation for Takeout customer to receive 7 days before their event.

it's called ''rappel takeout - 7 jours avant''

For now, to monitor, i am the only one receiving them and i noticed that some emails are sent from ''admin proludik'' and some from the sales representative. Why would that be ?

See the 2 emails received below

The first one is for lead 16358271, sales rep: Gino

Second one is for lead 16607659, sales rep: Jérome

It's because Jerome has his email set up under his work profile so it's sending from him since he's the sales rep on the lead. Gino does not so it sends from the default, the admin email

Ok, makes sense.

But Gino does not know why his email is not set up anymore. Is there a way to monitor that ? It seams that the email setting is, sometimes, deleted with no reason

The only way to tell is when he goes to send out an email to pay attention to the "from" to be sure it has his email address
