That depends... do you use the customer survey? If not, you can filter leads to see which ones do not have a completed survey. The filter doesn't distinguish between customer and manager surveys, so it won't work if the lead has a completed customer survey.

Yes, you would use a filter that says has no survey...but that's only if you are not using the IO customer survey.
