Red lines
Answered
Do I have to add employee shifts to get the red lines? I use them to tell customers when we'll arrive but not sure they set without assigning employees to it.

Alright I was troubleshooting this and you get the red lines when there is a delivery or return window set on the lead and when you add it to the route planner and set the time in between the pink lines. It's setting the window on the lead to match the time block that was set. So that's essentially your alert that it was updated on the lead because the window was set on the router. Does this make sense? If not let me know and I can make you a video.
