Mobile website not allowing customers to edit rental timeframe.

We recently launched our new IO integrated website that allows customers to check items available after entering the date and time of their event. The desktop version of the website is working, but the mobile version is not allowing them to add/edit the start and end time of the event. I've attached a screenshot of where this error occurs.

This issue should be resolved now. The time picker should correctly pop up when attempting to select a time.
