quantities showing deficit

all four of our sugar floss flavors show a positive inventory when you click on them for the number on hand. But then another place they show a deficit and it is showing up as unavailable for quotes, leads, etc.
for example. We have 27,26,3,3 of the four flavors, but under inventory it shows -197, -21, -1 and -4.
Each time they are quoted is it subtracting from the inventory??? I thought it only subtracted when they were actually booked?

I have 7, 7 on the gallon 100 packs on hand but yet it says -36 and -153
and for 25 packs I have 44 and 48 on hand yet it is showing -130 and +11

We need to make a doc for this, but this it how it works. The amount shown 'on hand' is as of the current time. Scroll down to the quantity section and each date will show the amount deducted due to lead(s) you have scheduled on that date. We do not deduct for quotes, only scheduled events. We only show dates where it's being used. You can add quantities there as well when you buy more stock.
