employee not able to access timeclock

Hello

I have an employee (Etienne Angers)

He is using iphone and safari and gave permission for the localisation but he is still unable to access his timeclock.

Is there something more we need to do ?

Is he only allowing localization when the app is being used or always have this turned on?

Can you have them try the IO workers app and see if they have access to clock in function?

So the employee does have access to the timeclock via the app. But not on the website.

Sounds like they need to go into their settings for safari and be sure they have location access turned on

Yes, she just clocked out in google.

But she really prefers safari, is there a way for you to fix this ?

At this time, our software works best on Chrome.
