As you can see in the email I was sent I am not sure which phone number the client is messaging. We do have some "private" lines but there is no way to direct txt emails, there is also no way to tell from the email which number they messaged.

I forwarded a couple of emails to you but I think this is a misunderstanding of what I'm asking for
It's a feature request so that when we get an email from the text portal we can tell which phone number the client was texting.
Currently we can not see which phone line the customer is texting and all texts between all lines go to the same chain.
