We have been approved by Global Payments and are all setup on the GP side. How do i configure GP as the merchant in IO? It looks like it is asking for an auth key that I cannot find in my global payments portal.

When Global Payments sends us the credentials we will get them added for you.

I have been approved for around two weeks now. How do I get them to send you the credentials?

You can contact them and see when they are sending those over to us.
