Hey everyone! i havent seen this before but a mechanical bull got booked. and times are good on 3 hours but it shows a yellow/gold delivery window from 10am-5pm. What is this exactly telling me?

That is the time you are scheduled to arrive at the event site. Anywhere between 10am-5pm in your case. If you didn't set that on the lead, you probably have a default window set in your Delivery Preferences
