Routing not showing correct travel time

First time we have run in to this issue, map shows that it will take approximately 23 minutes to arrive however after placing it on the route it doesn't show any travel time on the route from our office to the first stop which should again be around 23 minutes. When I open the google maps it is inserting a "0," before the address which is not in the delivery address.

Our best guess is because it is back in a park but either way I can see this as an obstacle if we don't manage to catch it and the route is thrown off.

Hello!

Can you please take a look at the delivery planner again? This should be fixed now.

On the lead, I click the 'address issues?' link below the venue address

That prompted the 'Force refresh on save' checkbox to appear.

Check the box and save the lead and this will usually help fix an address problem with Google Maps.
