Travel charges not working

We have had several leads not auto calculating our travel cost. Everything is set correctly, & Google Maps finds it. We are having to manually add it in & then the yellow bar pops up trying to get us to change is back to $0.

Here is what our developers advised:
The casino inquiry forms on their website automatically assign a delivery method using a hidden field. That field currently sends “Fully Staffed”, while the delivery method configured in their account is “Fully Staffed Event.”
Because those names do not match, the lead is not connected to the delivery method that enables distance charges. IO then calculates the Travel charge as $0. This also explains the yellow notice suggesting that your manually entered Travel amount be changed back to $0.
Refreshing the address does not resolve this because the delivery-method mismatch occurs independently of the address lookup.
We confirmed the incorrect value in two places:
In each Elementor form, the setting is Form Fields → Delivery Method → Advanced → Default Value. Its field ID is deliverytype.
WordPress shows the main page was last edited approximately three months ago. The popup was published March 26, 2026, with revisions through April 7. Those dates do not establish when the incorrect value was introduced, but this does not appear limited to newly edited forms.
Both hidden delivery-method values should be changed to “Fully Staffed Event.” Existing leads retain their previously submitted delivery method, so correcting the website forms will prevent new occurrences but will not automatically repair existing leads.
For existing leads, select the configured Fully Staffed Event delivery method and review the resulting Travel and staffing calculations before accepting changes. Previously agreed or manually entered prices should be reviewed individually.
The two reported leads and three additional leads created within the last 30 days have this mismatch:

The full historical check found 90 records currently containing “Fully Staffed.” Of those, 40 were created in 2025–2026 and 50 were created in 2019–2021.
This is a list of records requiring review, not confirmation that all 90 were undercharged. Our November 2023 backup already shows “Fully Staffed Event,” but we have not established which delivery-method names were valid when the 2019–2021 records were created. Some records may also contain intentional manual pricing.
