rebook an event that had to be cancelled
Need Answer
I have a customer that we had to cancel his event because of weather. I gave him a gift card to use at rebooking. He wants the same thing as before with his new date. How can keep a copy of the cancelled lead and start a new lead with the previous information but new date. I tried asking the KB and AI but it is not giving me the steps I need to do this.

opened the cancelled lead. Click Save as Copy and then make all the changes you need (dates, etc)
