Report is not displaying data

In reports....find Customer Query List....see Customer Rating OMG...it seems that we cannot group or sort by this rating which is fine, but if we try to apply that filter to a defined selection of leads, the star rating does not show up. I sorted leads to show completed jobs 1/1/2021-12/31/2021. Please advise.

This would have to be a "customers" report. I built super simple one named Ratings and applied it to the customer profiles and it's working if you want to take a look. You should be able the rearrange the one you have and make it a customer report as well
