signable documents in App

On my app I have a signable document qr code pick up customers scan and then sign on their phone (in case we ever collect IP Addresses for this). However, when we open the link, it still opens the default IO template. After they sign, I can reopen the link and the correct document will appear with the signature. But it's confusing for customers to see the template initially.
