Is there a way for me to let deliveries be auto booked while customer pick ups have to call to finish booking?

Is there a way to change the booking option once a quote is made to say "Call or Text to finish booking" with our phone number?

Yes you can restrict Customer Pick Ups from autobooking, and allow Drop Offs to be autobooked, you would just go to Settings-->Delivery Methods and go to the restrictions and check the Exclude from Quote pages box (see screenshot) You don't have it set to allow autobooking at all right now, so if you want to change that you would go to Settings-->Online Quoting and change from there.

Do you mean change the wording on the quote that says Book Now?

Yes changing the wording on the quote that says book now. We are just trying to figure out our best options!
