How can I change the website contact away from being a quite status? It is triggering automations

No way around the contact form creating a different status other than quote. Would need to adjust the filters on the automations to not include the contact form submissions. Let us know if you need help adjusting the filters.

Ok, so I adjusted my "quotes created in the last hour filter" to exclude inventory type contact form. Do you think that will prevent the automation from sending out emails and text ?

That maybe work well enough if not you could also try Lead Customer Request Flag does not contain call, those usually come in with a call flag.
