email booking not showing in leads

I spoke with a customer earlier today, shortly after i received an email that she booked and paid deposit. But the booking in not showing under my leads/events.

Some sort of major outage or crash. For us, all work company wide got wiped, our logs show from 12:29pm-3:40pm PST, everything was deleted. So all links sent are now dead, all edits made, shifts created, everything is gone from that time window

so now what? we wait for IO to fix it? or do we have to rebook it?

I told my team to hold off to see if that time frame can be restored. Anything new is working, but I dont want to make new edits for them to be wiped again during a restore. If it can wait I'd suggest trying to wait it out. If its urgent redo the work.

Due to some uncontrollable network issues between our two servers, IO experienced issues with saving leads, inventory, sending auto emails and other tasks on the afternoon and evening of 06/23.
This network issue has been fixed and now tasks are catching up but if you are having trouble connecting please use
